Patrick Martin
Minister of Students
I am new to FBC Mount Pleasant! I came here in June 2020 to serve as the Minister of Students.
I grew up in China Spring, Texas, just outside of Waco! I then went on to study Psychology at Angelo State University and graduated in 2015. This was also the time of my life when God revealed Himself to me and I came to faith in Jesus and responded to a call to ministry. I served as a BSM Campus Missionary between 2015-2017 in San Angelo before taking off to seminary in Waco at George W. Truett Theological Seminary. I graduated with a Master of Divinity in Theology in 2020 before coming to FBC! I have a passion for guiding students towards a deeper understanding of the Gospel, finding confidence in their identity in Christ, and learning to share Jesus to those who do not know Him yet.
